Job summary

TikTok Dubai is seeking a Client Partner in Commerce (Arabic Speaking) to lead revenue growth for a diverse client book within the Global Business Solutions team. This role requires in-market engagement, strategic deal making, and cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Engineering and marketing leadership.

Ideal candidates will combine deep retail/e-commerce knowledge with strong English and Arabic communication, stakeholder management at executive levels, and a proactive, test-and-learn

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency is required alongside English.
• Experience in digital advertising, media, or client partnerships.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and build strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for your book of business within the Commerce pod, ensuring quarterly attainment and YoY growth.
• Build and run annual and quarterly account plans, with in-market presence in KSA as needed.
• Negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals with ROI-backed expectations.
