Huda Beauty is seeking a color product development lead to own end-to-end color projects, from trend identification to formula development and supplier coordination.

You will translate trends into cosmetic color concepts, create mood boards, manage development trackers, and drive cross-functional alignment with PD, product, and marketing teams. Strong presentation skills and global collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of corporate experience in beauty or creative industries.
• Solid understanding of formulation basics and texture evaluation.
• Fast-paced, collaborative, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end color product development from trend to formula.
• Identify trends, create color concepts, and align cross-functionally.
• Prepare detailed product briefs for suppliers with claims.
• Manage PD trackers from conception to production and approvals.
• Lead color programs and communicate texture directions to partners.
