Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Specialist, Creative Graphic Design to lead brand identity across packaging and assets. This role blends 3D product design, graphic design and marketing to ensure cohesive design language for packaging, launches and campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative vision into tangible assets, while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design with a strong portfolio across 3D packaging and graphic design.
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (Rhino/KeyShot/SolidWorks) alongside Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and current beauty/design trends.
• Strong experience in print design.
• Interest or experience with AI tools to enhance output and push creative boundaries.
• Experience designing for influencer marketing, PR, or gifting moments is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs with clear rationale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative design solutions and elevate brand identity.
• Develop and execute optimized product packaging from concept through 3D renders to print-ready artwork; assist with artwork proofs with quality team.
• Analyze design briefs to determine key deliverables and adapt the brand design system as needed.
• Ensure all design directions align with the brand’s visual identity in aesthetics and layout direction.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align packaging with campaign objectives and storytelling.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency from concept to execution.
• Maintain high design quality across projects and guide team concepts to meet brand expectations.
