Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Product Development Manager - Fragrance to drive end-to-end fragrance development. You will translate trends into fragrance concepts, evaluate scents, and build briefs for suppliers while collaborating with packaging and design teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in fragrance development within the beauty sector, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel for supplier meetings and testing.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience within the beauty industry in fragrance development.
• Strong sense of scent and texture for fragrance concepts.
• Experience working with packaging and design teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to meet suppliers and on-site approvals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand key trends and translate them into strong fragrance concepts.
• Develop and evaluate new scents and textures; propose innovative product ideas.
• Create detailed product briefs for suppliers with claims and ingredients.
• Manage end-to-end New Product Development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams on claims and packaging
• Travel to meet suppliers, conduct trend research, and support approvals.
