Job summary

Huda Beauty in Dubai is seeking a Product Development Manager for its Fragrance department. You will develop fragrance products end-to-end, from supplier research to final launch, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Development and collaborating with the Founder.

The role requires 4–6 years of beauty fragrance development experience, a strong sense for scent and texture, and the ability to coordinate with regulatory, marketing, and packaging teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of beauty fragrance development experience.
• Strong sense for scent and texture; ability to evaluate ingredients and claims.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop fragrance products end-to-end from concept to launch.
• Research ingredients, claims, competitors, scents, technologies, and textures.
• Prepare product briefs translating creative direction into development work.
• Coordinate with Product Development Operations, marketing, regulatory, packaging, design, and NPD.
• Evaluate samples and present findings to the product team.
