Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate experience in beauty or creative industry.
• Strong understanding of formulation basics and texture/shade evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and translate into compelling color concepts.
• Own end-to-end color development from concept to production.
• Create product briefs for suppliers with ingredients and claims.
