Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Colleague solutions specialist to implement and configure the Ellucian Colleague software suite and related applications. You will consult with clients to align Colleague-based solutions with their business processes and provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring.

The role involves managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, while offering innovative solutions to technical requests on the Colleague

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Colleague's functional and technical aspects.
• Ability to work with or learn Envision and UniBasic for Colleague programming.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, and other modern tools.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, and data mappings.
• Experience with Colleague system administration, setup, and proactive monitoring.
• Proficiency in Colleague Self-Service, Envision, Workflow, ELF programming, and Colleague Studio.
• Strong communication and customer-centric problem-solving skills.

• Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation
• Expertise in Ellucian Experience, Data Connect, Intelligent Processes, Insights, and ILP
