Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and IAM leader to administer collaboration tools, manage device lifecycles, and govern IAM/IdP systems. The role includes leading IT projects, providing N3 support, and participating in crisis rooms to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on governance experience with Google Workspace, M365, AD, and end-user lifecycle processes, with a track record in enterprise IT change control and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in admin and governance of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
• Strong IAM/IdP expertise and user lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with centralized endpoint and mobile device management.
• Track record in N3 advanced support and crisis room facilitation.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Administer and ensure high availability of collaboration tools and company directories (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Active Directory)
• Lead governance and the complete lifecycle of workstations and mobile devices (OS management, image standardization, patch application, security software compliance, and hardware lifecycle control)
• Manage IAM/IdP solutions, ensuring best practices for user lifecycle, access recertification, segregation of duties (SoD), and RBAC models
• Technically lead strategic IT area projects and implementation of new solutions
• Act as N3 escalation for access management and support, resolving complex user infrastructure incidents
• Participate in critical incident crisis rooms

Requirements

• Solid experience in administration and governance of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments
• Consolidated experience in identity and access management (IAM/IdP)
• Practical experience in centralized endpoint and mobile device management via MDM
• History of working in N3 advanced support and technical facilitation of crisis rooms
• Proven experience in technical project management and implementation of new IT solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in user lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD matrix, and periodic recertification
• Experience with IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools
• Experience in IdP/IAM and MDM migration projects (Jumpcloud knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of process automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or M365/Google Workspace APIs)
