Job summary

Strata Information Group (SIG) seeks a seasoned consultant to implement the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module for higher-education clients in the UAE. The role emphasizes training, functional consulting, and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

You will analyze student billing, payments, refunds, and collections, align solutions with institutional policies, and drive continuous improvements across the SAR module for timely collections and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.
• Experience implementing the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.
• Expertise in student billing, payment processing, refund disbursement, and collections.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the module.
• Experience developing reports such as aging reports and billing summaries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
