Job summary

Authority in Dubai is seeking a proactive telesales professional to drive coffee product sales. You will make outbound calls to new and existing customers, promote products, explain features and pricing, and close deals.

You will generate leads, update records in the CRM, meet monthly targets, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and report to management while staying up-to-date on products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous UAE telesales experience preferred
• Knowledge of coffee products or FMCG is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products
• Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain and update customer records
• Follow up with customers for orders, inquiries, and payments
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely delivery
• Prepare and share sales reports with management
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
