Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a CNC Turner for our Dubai facility. You will analyze complex blueprints, set up CNC lathes with Fanuc control, and optimize tool paths to produce high-precision parts with tight tolerances. The role requires strong measurement skills and teamwork in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities include evaluating processes, reducing cycle times, and supporting ancillary machines as needed. Accommodation and UAE-compliant benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading complex design blueprints.
• Advanced Fanuc programmer with turning/turn-mill experience.
• Capable of setting up CNC lathes and optimizing tool paths.
• Excellent knowledge of speeds and feeds for different materials.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts with fine tolerances as tight as 0.01 mm.
• Edit existing programs to reduce cycle times and improve processes.
• Perform general workshop duties as needed and support other cells.

Demands:

• Capability to analyze as well as understand complex design blueprints.
• Has to be an advanced Fanuc designer. Turning/ turn-mill.
• Fanuc simple overview conversational expertise & programing required.
• Determine the most efficient device paths to be made use of for manufacturing.
• Solid tooling expertise, specifics of speeds and also feeds for different qualities of material.
• Set a wide variety of CNC lathes for manufacture.
• Process improvements, edit existing programs to decrease cycle times.

• Helpful - Have to be able to run various other cell devices. Standard turret, Milling machine.

Examination:

• Needs to excel with micrometers, birthed gauges, string determines.
