Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced CNC Production lead to oversee programming, fixture design, and process optimization across milling, turning, and EDM operations. Lead a skilled team, ensure drawings and standards are met, and drive ongoing skill development.

Role requires hands-on CNC programming proficiency (Mastercam or Fusion 360), strong tooling discipline, and a proven record of delivering quality and on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

• Programming and planning of jobs according to standards and drawings.

• All the jobs Programming and planning are met as per standard and drawing
• Designing of Fixtures of the jobs in the best way
• Train the sub-ordinates, with technical ideas, programming methods.
• Supervise the Charge hands and Operators hands along with technical support.
• Meet the delivery and Quality as per standards
• Make sure all the machines and toolings are properly used to the optimized level.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the CNC Production field.
• Good Skill in Programming software , like Mastercam OR FUSION 360,etc
• Good manual and PC Programming knowledge in lathe,milling,edm,etc
