Job summary

Ali Industies Dubai (Orchid Tobacco Dubai) is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will operate CNC lathes, program using G-code, and read technical drawings to produce precision components.

You will create and modify CNC programs, monitor machining, inspect parts with precision tools, and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes. UAE-based interview and trial will be arranged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as CNC lathe operator and programmer.
• Proficient in G-code and CAM programming.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Work well independently and in a team.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating CNC lathes and programming using G-code and CAD CAM software. You will play a key role in producing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts as per specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and specifications
• Create and modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools calipers micrometers gauges
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and safe
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines tooling or programs
• Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer (2+ years preferred)
• Proficient in CNC Lathe programming using G-code and CAM software
• Strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE for an interview and trial.
