Cluster Sales Coordinator - Russian Speaking

Job summary

Fairmont Ajman, part of the Accor group, invites a Sales Coordinator to support the luxury sales team at a beachfront hotel in Ajman.

You will prepare proposals and contracts, update client databases, coordinate site inspections and VIP arrivals, and produce routine reports.

Fluency in Russian and English, strong Office skills, and experience with PMS/CRM are preferred. This role requires a professional, client-focused approach in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel Sales, Sales Coordination, Reservations, or Business Development.
• Experience with Russian-speaking market is an advantage.
• Experience in an international or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
