Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support the Russian-speaking market across Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. You will assist the sales team with proposals, inquiries, and client communication while maintaining accurate databases.

You will coordinate site inspections, prepare reports, and help manage a busy calendar of events, FAM trips, and VIP arrivals. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel Sales, Sales Coordination, Reservations or Business Development preferred.
• Experience with the Russian-speaking market is an advantage.
• Fluent Russian and English in written and spoken form.
• Experience with PMS/CRM or sales systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and commercial support to the Cluster Sales team for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah.
• Support day-to-day sales activities, client communication, account coordination and proposals.
• Focus on the Russian-speaking market and strengthen client communications.

Job Description

The Cluster Sales Coordinator - Russian Speaking provides administrative, organisational and commercial support to the Cluster Sales team forFairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah.

The position will support the Sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, client communication, account coordination, sales enquiries, proposals, appointments and follow-ups across both properties. A key focus of the role will be supporting the Russian-speaking market, strengthening communication with Russian-speaking clients, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate partners and other business stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service with a high degree of integrity and professionalism while providing active support to the sales team
• Coordinate and handle multiple responsibilities and assignments in a demanding environment in order to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Prepare and process proposals, contracts and business travel requests for information as required
• Update and maintain all client contact databases on an ongoing basis
• Assist with preparation for Site Inspections, FAM Trips and Client Events and attending functions as required
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
• Coordinate the rolling calendar of site inspections, FAMS and VIP arrivals
• Log client interaction activities as requested
• Participate in and take minutes for department meetings
• Any otherduties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel Sales, Sales Coordination, Reservations, Business Development or a similar role is preferred.
• Previous experience working with the Russian-speaking market is an advantage.
• Previous experience within an international or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
