Fairmont Ajman invites applications for a Cluster Sales Coordinator – Russian Speaking to support the Sales team at Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. You will manage day-to-day activities, prepare proposals, and coordinate client communications with a focus on the Russian-speaking market.

Fluent Russian and English, hospitality background, and experience with CRM/PMS systems are preferred. The role offers medical coverage, meals on duty and employee rates within the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRM or sales systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, organisational and commercial support to the Cluster Sales team for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, client communication, account coordination, proposals and follow-ups across both properties.
• Support the Russian-speaking market, strengthening communication with Russian-speaking clients, travel agencies and corporate partners.
• Prepare and process proposals, contracts and business travel requests as required.
• Update and maintain client contact databases.
• Assist with site inspections, FAM trips and client events; attend functions as required.
• Produce reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Log client interaction activities and participate in department meetings.

Job Description

The Cluster Sales Coordinator – Russian Speaking provides administrative, organisational and commercial support to the Cluster Sales team for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah.

The position will support the Sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, client communication, account coordination, sales enquiries, proposals, appointments and follow-ups across both properties. A key focus of the role will be supporting the Russian-speaking market, strengthening communication with Russian-speaking clients, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate partners and other business stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service with a high degree of integrity and professionalism while providing active support to the sales team
• Coordinate and handle multiple responsibilities and assignments in a demanding environment in order to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Prepare and process proposals, contracts and business travel requests for information as required
• Update and maintain all client contact databases on an ongoing basis
• Assist with preparation for Site Inspections, FAM Trips and Client Events and attending functions as required
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
• Coordinate the rolling calendar of site inspections, FAMS and VIP arrivals
• Log client interaction activities as requested
• Participate in and take minutes for department meetings
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel Sales, Sales Coordination, Reservations, Business Development or a similar role is preferred.
• Previous experience working with the Russian-speaking market is an advantage.
• Previous experience within an international or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
