Job summary

Pure Gold Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Cluster Manager / Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple jewellery stores in Northern Emirates. You will drive sales growth, lead store teams, and uphold luxury service standards.

This role requires 5-10+ years jewellery sales, a proven track record of managing multi-store clusters, and strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. UAE market experience is preferred, with collaboration across merchandising, marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and operational KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service and luxury retail standards.
• UAE retail market experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and retail/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability across assigned jewellery stores, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Analyse store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, footfall, and productivity, and implement corrective action plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer acquisition, repeat business, and average basket size.
• Monitor UAE market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational, visual merchandising, stock, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, ageing stock, and stock accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to maximise performance.
• Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, product knowledge, and high standards of jewellery sales service.
• Manage escalated customer issues and strengthen VIP, CRM, and clienteling activities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to drive sales and store performance.
• Support new store openings, promotions, events, and other retail initiatives.
