Job summary

Timeless is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join its luxury jewellery retail team in the UAE. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a premium setting.

With 3–5 years in luxury retail, you will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and build lasting relationships with VIP clients. Mandarin and/or Arabic language skills are preferred to serve a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury jewellery retail.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and staff coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Languages: Mandarin and/or Arabic preferred.

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
