Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Boutique Manager for a luxury jewelry boutique in Dubai. The role oversees store operations, delivers exceptional client experiences, and drives sales in a high-end environment.

You will lead a boutique team, develop relationships with VIP/HNW/UHNW clients, and organize private appointments and events while reporting performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique/Store Manager in luxury jewelry.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
• Strong understanding of luxury jewelry market and high-end clientele; extensive client network preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proven sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.

Job Description

Manage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewelry retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience. Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling. Lead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager / Store Manager within the luxury jewelry industry.
• Must have proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
• With strong understanding of the luxury jewelry market and high-end clientele; Extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• With strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
