Job summary

The Talents Nation is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a luxury jewellery boutique in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales in a high-end environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years UAE boutique/store management experience within luxury jewellery, a strong VIP client network, and a proven ability to achieve targets. You will manage a small team, report to senior management, and cultivate relationships with HNW clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience as Boutique/Store Manager in luxury jewellery.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail sales team.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele.
• Extensive existing client database and personal network preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall boutique operations with luxury standards, presentation, security, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and profitability while monitoring KPIs and cross-/upselling opportunities.
• Leverage VIP/HNW/UHNW clienteling to build relationships and foster repeat business.
• Lead boutique team, organize VIP events, manage high-value transactions, and report to senior management.

Job Description:

• Manage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewellery retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling.
• Lead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager / Store Manager within the luxury jewellery industry. Must have proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
• With strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele; Extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• With strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
