Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, accounting and reporting across the cluster of properties, ensuring accuracy and timely management reporting.

You will lead budgeting, forecasts, cash flow management and internal controls, acting as a senior business partner to the Cluster General Manager and guiding multi-property finance teams to drive financial performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5-8 years of hotel finance or accounting experience.
• Experience as Financial Controller or senior finance management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and internal audit.
• Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency with hotel financial systems, ERP platforms and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, accounting and reporting across cluster properties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts and financial business plans
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor cost control, cash flow, working capital and collections
• Establish and strengthen financial controls and address audit findings
• Lead and develop finance teams across assigned properties
• Act as financial business partner to the Cluster General Manager
