Job summary

Accor Dubai is seeking a Cluster Treasury Controller to manage treasury controls across the hotel cluster. You will review reconciliations, monitor cash movements, and coordinate with banks and payment providers, ensuring consistent financial practices across participating hotels.

The role requires 2–4 years of hotel finance experience in AR or Treasury, knowledge of Opera and SunSystems, and strong attention to cash flow and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 2-4 years of hotel finance experience in Accounts Receivable or Treasury.
• Experience with Opera and SunSystems.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain cluster-wide treasury policies, SOPs and control matrices.
• Review reconciliations and monitor cash movements across hotels.
• Oversee credit card and VCC reconciliations and OTA settlements.
• Prepare consolidated treasury dashboards and month-end schedules for audits.
• Provide supervision to property-level AR and Treasury teams and coordinate across hotels.
