Job summary

DAMAC Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster Distribution & Assistant Manager to optimize distribution channels and reservations operations across our hospitality portfolio. You will manage inventory and rate distribution, support revenue performance, and align with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue / Booking Manager, you will lead the distribution team, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements in processes while leveraging OPERA and Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Reservations and/or Distribution experience with Dubai market knowledge.
• At least 1 year of Reservations experience in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of OPERA hotel reservations system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution activities across multiple properties and channels.
• Ensure accurate loading of rates, inventory, restrictions, promotions, and room availability.
• Monitor distribution channels and identify discrepancies and revenue-impacting issues.
• Analyse distribution and reservations data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across systems and channels.
• Support Reservations and Revenue teams with reporting and administration.
• Lead, guide and mentor the distribution team for high performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution processes, system utilisation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

DAMAC Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Cluster Distribution & Assistant Manager to support the effective management of distribution channels and reservations operations across our hospitality portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue / Booking Manager, the role will play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory and rate distribution, optimising online and third-party channels, maintaining system integrity, and supporting revenue performance across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution activities across multiple properties and channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely loading of rates, inventory, restrictions, promotions, and room availability across relevant distribution platforms.
• Monitor distribution channels and identify discrepancies, opportunities, and potential revenue-impacting issues.
• Analyse distribution and reservations data to identify trends and support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across systems and online channels.
• Support the Reservations and Revenue teams with reporting, administration, and distribution-related requirements.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the distribution team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution processes, system utilisation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations and/or Distribution, with a strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality market.
• Minimum 1 year of Reservations experience within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience working within a multicultural and fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of OPERA and hotel reservations systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous Dubai hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a high level of integrity.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
