NH Collection Dubai The Palm seeks an accomplished Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the strategic positioning and integrated marketing direction for two premium hotels. You will elevate brand storytelling, campaigns, and guest engagement across the Dubai market.

You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue, E‑Commerce, F&B and Operations to drive visibility, demand and direct revenue, while inspiring a high‑performing team and ensuring ROI alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership and senior marketing experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, and integrated campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the integrated marketing and communications strategy across two properties.
• Champion distinct brand identities while aligning with global brand standards.
• Create high-impact campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships and experiential marketing.
