NH Collection Dubai The Palm and Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel seek a Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications to lead strategic positioning and integrated campaigns across both brands. You will oversee brand storytelling, digital marketing, PR, content, partnerships and experiential activations to elevate desirability and drive commercial results.

You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue, E-Commerce and Operations to align marketing with business goals, shaping compelling guest experiences

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, PR and integrated campaigns.
• Experience across multi-property or cluster management in international hospitality.
• Excellent commercial acumen with ability to link marketing to revenue performance.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the strategic positioning, brand storytelling and integrated marketing direction of Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the presence of two distinctive hospitality brands in one of the world's most dynamic destinations. As Cluster Director Of Marketing & Communications, You Will

• Define and lead the integrated marketing and communications strategy across both hotels.
• Champion the distinct identity and positioning of each brand while ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
• Create sophisticated, high-impact campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships and experiential marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, E-Commerce, F&B and Operations to drive brand visibility, demand, direct revenue and market share.
• Lead strategic PR, media relations, influencer engagement and luxury/lifestyle partnerships.
• Shape compelling storytelling around our hotels, dining destinations and guest experiences.
• Oversee content strategy, social media presence, creative direction and key brand activations.
• Manage marketing investments, agencies and partnerships with a strong focus on performance and return on investment.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing Marketing & Communications team.

About You

You are a sophisticated marketer and inspiring leader who understands how to transform brand strategy into meaningful guest connections and measurable commercial results.

You Will Bring

• Significant leadership experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally within luxury, premium or lifestyle hospitality.
• A strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, content and integrated campaigns.
• Cluster or multi-property experience, preferably within an international hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to revenue performance.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• A strong understanding of the Dubai and UAE luxury hospitality landscape.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
