Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dubai seeks a high-performing Corporate Counsel to support sales across the UAE and Middle East. This role is based in the Dubai office and focuses on commercial technology agreements, data privacy, and AI-related considerations.

You will advise on UAE law, draft complex contracts, and collaborate with privacy, security and compliance teams to protect Salesforce's interests while enabling regional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree; LLM or international study is a plus.
• Qualified lawyer in UAE or major jurisdiction.
• 5+ years PQE in commercial/IT contracting in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UAE and ME laws, tailor contracts to regional offerings.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on technology service agreements with customers and partners.
• Provide legal support for cloud, on-prem and professional services.
• Coordinate with privacy, government affairs, security and compliance.
• Support disputes related to contracts and procurement; assist with RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop training materials on legal topics for the business.
• Contribute to knowledge development within the EMEA Commercial Legal team.
• Participate in cross-regional projects.
