Job summary

Kirby Bates Associates specializes in healthcare executive recruitment, matching candidates with leadership opportunities. We are seeking an experienced researcher to drive searches using LinkedIn, networks, and Boolean methods.

You will build candidate pipelines, perform outreach, screen against criteria, and coordinate interview logistics with clients; ensuring proactive communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare-related field preferred).
• Minimum five years in retained executive search or healthcare recruitment.
• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn and sourcing channels.
• Strong internet research and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with recruiting databases and tools such as ZoomInfo.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams and Excel.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
