Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessment by gathering clinical history and observations.
• Ensure patient medical files are available before and during consultation.
• Assist physicians or nurses with approval for patient services and OPD Insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and update clinical documentation.
• Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain inpatient and outpatient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Inform department nurse of pending admission and assist with admission procedures.
• Demonstrate awareness of fire safety, patient safety and infection control per hospital policy.
