NMC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Nurse/Midwife to support delivery of nursing and midwifery care under supervision, focusing on patient-centered care and adherence to care plans.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, documenting observations, coordinating with RNs and Midwives, and participating in emergency responses and post-discharge follow-up as required. English communication and valid BLS are essential.

Formación

• Hold a valid license to work as an assistant nurse/assistant midwife.
• Maintain American Heart Association BLS provider card.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work across departments as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivery of nursing/midwifery care under supervision.
• Assist activities of daily living per patient care plan.
• Maintain high standard of care following guidelines and competencies.
• Document vital signs and care provided in the patient record.
• Report changes in patient condition to a Registered Nurse/Midwife promptly.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and perform BLS when required.
• Facilitate post-discharge visits and arrange follow-up/referrals.
• Support transportation arrangements and medical record documentation.
