Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a seasoned contracts professional to draft, review, and negotiate research contracts including clinical trial and data sharing agreements. Based in the UAE, you will help ensure compliant sponsorship and budgeting across studies.

You will coordinate study awards, perform coverage analyses, reconcile documents before IRB approval, monitor regulations, and report metrics to leadership, while maintaining strong communication and multitasking across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of research regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate research contracts including clinical trial agreements and data sharing agreements
• Coordinate research study awards for accounting and monitoring
• Perform coverage analysis for clinical studies and Medicare compliance
• Create clinical research study budgets and negotiate with sponsors
• Reconcile contracts, budgets, and billing documents prior to IRB approval
• Maintain understanding of local, state, and federal research regulations
• Provide risk assessment regarding contractual language and financial success
• Develop and report research contracts metrics to leadership
