With 7+ years in marketing and strong coordination skills, you will manage communications plans, website updates, and vendor relationships while supporting regulatory audits and financial targets in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in marketing tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee tracking and accountability methods for all projects
• Coordinate projects with external printers, graphic artists, and photographers
• Manage provider and member communication plans including direct mail, website development, and provider portals
• Maintain and update internal and external websites
• Coordinate market research to evaluate completed programs
• Lead internal groups and external vendor relationships for Provider List production
• Serve as a resource for regulatory audits
• Manage annual budgets and meet financial targets
