Job summary

ProTrials, a women-owned, WBENC-certified Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an experienced professional to lead clinical trials from inception to completion in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with sponsors and cross-functional teams, ensuring GCP compliance, and mentoring a study staff.

You will drive strategic management and maintain rigorous documentation. Ideal candidates will have proven trial oversight experience and strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced CRO

Qualifications

• Experience in the successful conduct of clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of GCP and clinical objectives.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a study team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through implementation and completion
• Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
• Delegate and oversee team members, ensuring they are appropriately trained
• Maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, and other associated documents
• Manage and motivate team members using positive and productive communication methods
• Support team member mentorship as needed
