Job summary

Philips in Türkiye offers a Clinical Application Specialist (MRI) role based in Istanbul with hybrid work. You should have a radiography background and at least 5 years of MRI experience, with fluency in English and strong communication skills to train and support customers globally.

Qualifications

• Medical-related or radiography background.
• Minimum 5 years experience in MRI.
• Experience using post-processing tools and advanced applications.
• Can perform advanced MRI examinations (Cardiac Neuro imaging Angiography Pediatric).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and local language.

Responsibilities

• Set up application training schedules with customers.
• Train customers in clinical MRI procedures for optimal usage.
• Report difficulties in equipment usage.
• Deliver customized training material packs as needed.
• Support user group meetings and collect feedback.
• Visit customers regularly to assess training quality and satisfaction.
• Support sales during acquisition and advise on applications.
• Stay updated on MRI developments and safety standards.
• Ensure training complies with quality policies and regulatory training.
