Modern Animal in Dubai is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to support pet owners via chat, phone and video, providing education on pet health and helping triage cases.

You will review medical records, document with veterinary terminology, verify prescriptions, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. VTNE completed and 2+ years in small animal medicine required; strong communication and tech skills essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet (>100mb down/up, <10ms latency)
