Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on approvals, and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales to meet client requirements on time.
• Keep clients updated on order and project status.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate client records, order details, and communications logs.
• Follow up on pending payments, approvals, and deliveries.
• Assist the team with administrative and data-entry tasks.
