Job summary

Candriam in Dubai seeks a Client Relationship Support Manager to assist the Senior Client Relationship team and pursue new business opportunities in a dynamic asset management environment.

You will support sales, client servicing, onboarding, and development of opportunities while coordinating with the local and head office teams. English is mandatory; Arabic and French are a plus; 2+ years in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree related to Capital Markets/Asset Management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
• Postgraduate degree (eg. VBA, CFA, CAIA) or pursuit thereof is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar function.
• Has worked for Asset Management firms.
• Good knowledge of Asset Management markets, products and operations.
• High flexibility, able to handle changing priorities.
• Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Cross-cultural competencies.

Responsibilities

• Preparing client visits (presentations) and onboarding activities.
• Follow up calls with existing clients and ad-hoc queries.
• Organise external events.
• Local CRM tool management, track orders and opportunities.
• Hands-on research on country relations.
• Contribute to Marketing and Communication plans, incl. local press strategy.
• Coordinate daily branch tasks with central services in Candriam head office.
• Compliance support.

Mission

The Client Relationship Support Manager plays a key role in supporting the Senior Client Relationship team, helping to strengthen relationships with existing clients while contributing to the development of new business opportunities. Initially focused on sales support, client servicing coordination, and business development initiatives, the role offers broad exposure to commercial activities and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsabilities

• Preparing client visits (E.g. presentations) and helping in client on boarding activities
• Conduct follow up calls with existing clients and assisting in client-related ad-hoc queries
• Organise external events
• Local responsibility of the CRM tool, track subscription and redemption orders and support in actively managing opportunities
• Conduct hands‑on‑research on the country relations
• Contribute to develop and execute Marketing and Communication Plan, incl. local press strategy
• Coordination of the branch’s daily tasks with the central services in Candriam’s head office

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree related to Capital Markets/Asset Management
