Qualifications

• University degree in commerce or banking.
• At least 2 years of experience in a bank with exposure to Banking Operations.
• Good working knowledge of Back-office operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in written / spoken at all levels.
• Analytical, self-motivated, energetic, flexible and problem-solver.
• Must be able to work in a cooperative team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Management Teams by providing operational services to clientele.
• Follow departmental policies and SOPs for controlled, consistent work.
• Support continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices.
• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal bank departments.
• Enhance client experience by servicing clients and providing operational support.
