Job summary

In this role you will manage inquiries across multiple channels, maintain CRM records, prepare proposals and reports, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality service and positive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and communicate information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer-service platforms, email systems, and ticketing software.
