Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries via calls, emails, chat and face-to-face interactions, providing accurate information on products, services and procedures.

You will resolve complaints, maintain confidentiality, log interactions in CRM, follow up on requests, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and maintain a customer-focused standard.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong complaint-handling and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Professional presentation and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts if required.
• English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, chat and face-to-face interactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Record customer interactions, complaints and resolutions accurately in the system/CRM.
• Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Meet defined customer service KPIs, response times and quality standards.
• Collect customer feedback and highlight recurring issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
