Talents of Endearment in Dubai seeks a UAE National Client Relations Executive to grow business within MEP, Facilities Management, and Technical Services sectors. You will serve as a primary point of contact, building lasting client relationships and driving proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify and pursue new business opportunities within MEP, Facilities Management, and Technical Services sectors, generating leads and contributing to revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facilities management companies.
• Sales & Negotiation: understand client requirements, prepare service proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
• Networking & Representation: attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the company.
• Pipeline Management: maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, update CRM, and report on sales activity and performance.
• Collaboration: work with internal technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable UAE National to join our team as a Client Relations Executive . This role is designed for an ambitious professional looking to build a career in business development and client management within the MEP, Facilities Management, and Technical Services sectors. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, driving business growth and nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP, Facilities Management, and Technical Services sectors, generating leads and contributing to revenue growth .
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a network of clients, including contractors, consultants, developers, and facilities management companies .
• Sales & Negotiation: Understand client requirements, prepare service proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects .
• Networking & Representation: Actively attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to represent the company and build a strong professional network .
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, update CRM systems, and report on sales activity and performance .
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

Requirements Qualifications & Experience

• Nationality: UAE National with a valid Emirates ID and Family Book .
• Experience: 0 –3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience or a basic understanding of the MEP, Facilities Management, or Technical Services industry is a significant advantage .
• Network: A good existing network within the UAE's construction, real estate, or facilities management sectors is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self‑motivated with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Language: Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred for attending client meetings and site visits .

Education Requirements (Client Relations – UAE National)

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Any related field
• Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or coursework in Sales , Business Development , or Client Relations. Training or certification in MEP/FM industry basics (advantage, not mandatory)
• Fresh Graduate Eligibility: Strong communication skills. Demonstrated interest in business development or client‑facing roles
