Job summary

AJAX Academy UAE in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Customer Relations Executive to support sales, registrations, and retention, serving as the primary contact for parents and customers. You will own inquiries, manage CRM records, prepare quotations, coordinate jersey orders, and assist with tryouts and registrations, while working with coaching and admin teams to ensure a smooth academy journey.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Experience using a CRM system and maintaining customer or sales records.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding AJAX Academy UAE, its programs, schedules, and offers.
• Own customer inquiries, follow-ups, sales opportunities, and retention activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, players, and prospective customers as the primary point of contact throughout the academy journey.
• Record daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Coordinate jersey and uniform order requests.
• Assist Administration with tryouts, registrations, documentation, and other customer-related requirements.
• Proactively monitor scheduled tryouts and follow up with coaches for player assessments and recommendations.
• Contact tryout participants to communicate results and support progression into registration.
• Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships with customers and parents.
• Assist with collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, renewals, and registrations.
• Collaborate with coaching, administration, and management teams for smooth service delivery.
