HWG in Dubai is seeking a Security Manager to oversee managed security service delivery for regional customers. This role combines customer relationship management, technical security expertise, incident coordination, service reporting and continuous improvement.

The Security Manager handles customer requests directly where appropriate, coordinates specialist internal teams, and ensures customers receive clear updates, actionable recommendations and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC operations, incident response, or managed security services.
• Ability to interpret security metrics, build dashboards, and produce executive reports.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer security requests, inquiries, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Implement incident response playbooks and escalation procedures.
• Support investigations, prepare incident reports, and coordinate responses.
• Lead monthly customer review meetings and present findings.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual security reports.
• Maintain positive customer relationships during operations.
• Inform SOC of planned activities and coordinate monitoring.
