Job summary

Black and Grey HR is seeking a Project Coordinator for a leading building materials company in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless client experience from enquiry through delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially aware, and experienced in premium sanitaryware, tiles, design, or construction. Strong Excel, CRM, and ERP skills are essential to manage multiple projects and high-end client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, interiors or construction.
• Strong coordination, organization and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on quotations, project documentation and orders.
• Track project information, timelines and client requirements across systems.
• Serve as main client contact, addressing enquiries and coordinating resolutions.
• Maintain high service quality throughout the project lifecycle from enquiry to delivery.
• Keep CRM and ERP data updated with accurate project and order details.
• Prepare project reports, sales updates and performance summaries for management.
