Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager - Client Experience in Corporate Banking to lead the response to queries, enquiries and complaints for Large Corporate clients in the UAE and abroad, coordinating with supporting units to free up Relationship Managers’ time.

The role requires university graduate status with 3–5 years’ corporate customer service experience, strong English and Arabic, excellent communication, and solid CRM skills to log, track and resolve issues and drive

Qualifications

• University graduate preferable with 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Customer service
• Experience in cash management and operations; FI exposure is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for all non-trade corporate queries such as remittance, cheque clearing, account opening, etc.
• Support Team Leader/Customer Service Manager to ensure high quality service for corporate clients
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and escalate issues to supervisor for resolution
• Log queries in CRM and track problem resolution; identify root causes and propose improvements
• Provide proactive, reliable service to clients in UAE and overseas
• Build relationships with clients at transactional/operational level
• Identify opportunities to sell MB products and services through appropriate staff
