Job summary

JRE is seeking a post-handover relationship lead to manage handover, snagging, furnishing partners, and tenancy for our client residences in Dubai.

You will be the single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio, coordinating trades and vendors and liaising with the advisory desk to ensure smooth handbacks into resale, with a hybrid schedule at Emirates Towers HQ and regular on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or private-client services background.
• Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure.
• Comfortable coordinating trades and vendors.
• Real-estate experience welcome but not required.
