Job summary

JRE in Dubai is seeking a post-handover relationship lead to coordinate handover, snagging, furnishing partners and tenancy for our clients.

You will be the single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio, working with the advisory desk so concierge gracefully hands back into resale; this role balances office coordination with on-site client interaction at residences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or private-client services background.
• Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, comfortable coordinating trades and vendors.
• Real-estate experience is welcome but not required.
