Al Ain-based classroom assistant role recruited through Al Sahraa Recruitment Services is seeking an energetic individual to support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities. Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and have at least two years of experience in similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for parent liaison and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Classroom Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of classroom activities and teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and monitoring the class schedule.
• Support teachers with lesson preparation, materials, and classroom equipment.
• Revise and reinforce lesson materials with students individually or in small groups.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, transitions, and field trips.
• Work with lead teachers to identify student needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Follow school policies, classroom rules, and applicable regulations.
• Attend training sessions, parent meetings, and faculty meetings.
