Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Classroom Assistant - UAEN for Yasmina British Academy in Abu Dhabi for AY 26/27 to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. The role provides support for individual pupils and groups inside and outside the classroom, assists with health and safety, and helps monitor progress alongside class teachers.

Responsibilities

Provide support for individual pupils / groups inside and outside the classroom to enable full participation in activities and support wellbeing.
Be proactive in matters relating to health and safety.
Assist in implementing individual education programmes and monitor pupil progress.
Support pupils with additional needs and help develop social skills.
Assist class teachers with maintaining pupil records.
Prepare and present displays of pupils’ work.
Support in photocopying and other tasks to support teaching.
Comply with school policies and health and safety requirements.
