Job summary

Al Sahraa Recruitment Services is seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to work alongside teachers, supporting learning and student development in the classroom. You will assist with lesson preparation, student supervision, and progress documentation to foster a positive learning environment.

The role involves collaborating with teachers, ensuring safety, and participating in trainings and parent communications as part of a supportive educational team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead teacher to monitor class schedule.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and materials setup.
• Revise lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
• Ensure classroom environment is safe and clean.
• Supervise students during non-class times and field trips.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to identify issues and suggest solutions.
• Document student progress and communicate with parents.
• Assist in creating lesson plans and adapt as needed.
• Adhere to state, school, and classroom rules; participate in trainings and meetings.
