Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant claims experience.
• Prefer Non-Motor and/or Workmen's Compensation experience.
• Early-to-mid level claims career stage.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor Non-Motor and Workmen Compensation claims from notification through settlement.
• Coordinate with insurers, co-insurers, clients and internal teams to obtain approvals and settlements.
• Review and ensure complete and accurate documentation is uploaded and maintained in IRIS.
• Coordinate billing of settled claims within 48 hours of settlement approval and document accordingly.
• Follow up with co-insurers to obtain credit notes within 10 days and maintain records.
• Monitor pending claims and outstanding requirements to minimize delays and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate claim records, trackers and MIS and provide updates on approvals and settlements.
• Respond to routine queries and escalate complex or delayed matters as needed.
